Its Knot Hard- A Celtic Knotwork Tutorial

Happy Thursday! If you are on the East Coast, I hope that you are not reading this and preparing for Irene instead!

Here's a quick how-to on Celtic knotwork. I used body paint but I suppose the tutorial would be useful to just about anyone. Please excuse my stained practice pad, its seen better days lol! Just a helpful hint: Don't let paint sit on those practice pads... it stains.
Yes, they are crappy cellphone pictures but I'm sure you've got the idea.
